This Molle® adaptor made of ultra resistant PALStex® Cordura Invista will allow you to change the inclination of your TraumaPouch®, your tourniquet holder or other pouch.

Thanks to his velcro it it will enable the operator to carry his gear in a horizontal position on a load belt or plate carrier equipped with velcro as well.

Ideal to whom is working in a vehicle enabling him to adopt the sitting position without any discomfort.
