CASCARD description:

The CASCARD is used to document and track the progress of a patient's treatment during the pre-hospital care.
The casualty card allows you to indicate exactly what happened, when and how.
A special chart allows you to follow the vital signs of the casualty throughout the different phase of care
Easy to read and to fill in thanks to these pictograms, it is organized under the MIST report sequence which will allow you to hand over the casualty quickly, in a structured and complete way to the EMT.
